I've applied for some units in this. Prospectus doesn't have any nasty surprises. Fees are competitive for this space but not cheap. I love the track record of the manager, think this will add some diversity to my ASX holding and have a desire to get into a WAM product near NTA. The other LIC's of theirs that I'm attracted to are trading well above NTA.
