again, you are comparing capital return only, not total return.
there's nothing wrong with that, BUT:
one instrument is paying 3.5% to 4% in dividends,
second instrument is paying out 7% to 8% in dividends
(note these are net figures, gross difference is even higher).
and you are calling it an apple to apple comparison??
