    WAM clearly bought DMG to skim the projected 2c that they would make with the dividend and the current NTA value.

    I cannot however believe that DMG are trading so close to NTA with little business prospects.

    Perhaps I am a little cynical but 6 million is a nice little kitty to keep your job for a little longer.
