Hi malaga Yes Perth propery is certainly heating up now. My broker had at first informed me I was able to do 2 projects ( 1 here and 1 in wandoan ) but he got his calculations wrong and I was only able to do Wandoan. Had my eye on a very nice older 4x2 in Secret Harbour for 449k that I believe is worth 500k and would easily rent for $500 pw. Ocean side of Warnbro ave
I was informed by Ray Mortimer of Wandoan Realty that the Western Downs Regional Council is now very accommodating to allow me to subdivide my existing property in Wandoan. This will be on the cards after completing the new house. This will be a 4x2 transportable that should pull in between 800 to 1000 pw.
Cost is approximately 200k for the house and 20k ( guessing ) for subdividing.
