Pakky is full of shit. He's talking about the transfer price that was done at 0.005c between two entities with the same ownership. A few million shares were issued at 0.4c around 2014, and that was the conversion price of debt into shares that the then directors took up. Noone has a buy price of 0.005.
We know he is full of shit, because he stated here that he sold 10 million shares at reopen (when the opening trade was like 200k shares at 2.4c, the next million shares to trade through the market dropped the trading price to 1.6c). I also know he is full of shit, because he diverted and deflected when it came to filling out his section of an off market transfer of shares... then backed out completely.
