This is the way. There has barely been one sensible post from the usual suspects since this whole debacle got underway. People come here hoping for insight into the business but end up confused and concerned reading garbage instead.
I would strongly recommend blocking 90% of the posters here and either selling or bottom drawing your parcel and coming back in 6 months. The current situation needs time to work though the system. For my cash, I'm holding what I have, and have bought one parcel down here as a short-term trade.
