Whichever way you spin it the result is a likely continuation of little communication to the sharemarket or shareholders, a new seemingky inexperienced Board with little knowledge of the business, loss of the old and experienced CEO, a new CEO who may have got the job based on genetics rather than suitability and an overhang of shares potentially for sale from disgruntled shareholders and Directors (Tino). Human nature being what it is, it's hard to see that Nicholas Yeoh and Nigel Machin's move from the pointy end of management to now sit in the back benches, wouldn't have some impact on their commitment.
