    Basing a public company on one app isn't a great something I'm real comfortable with. I'm assuming, and hoping, that this is just the start of a bigger operation.
    Kind of like Microsoft starting with a 50k buy of somebody else's QDOS (quick and dirty operating system).
    That might be a stretch?
