IMO the VPN is not fairly priced into the SP as you need a deep understanding of networking and the digital economy to be able to value what it does. Only a few people IMO understand what Maglor was explaining based on responses to his posts. What VPN lacked is the savvy in your face Joe and Jane Citizen functionality such as WFI that the VPN enables the functionality of. WFI is built upon the Wangle VPN so it is de-risked IMO. I think there is more upside with other complimentary products such as Enterprise, again I know the problem it is going to solve - you don't have to look far to read about it as it's daily news.
