    I thought the same thing as the delay seems extraordinary for Apple. My guess it they passed it up the food chain and either they are 1) like it enough to do due diligence on the app/chip/company. Or
    2) They passed it back down gain and it'll release to the public.
    Most likely the latter and we'll never know for sure why it took 3 weeks. Or
    3) It failed and got sent back for rewrite.
