Sorry guys if you think I'm out of place, but seriously the original delay was because of compliance issues, and now it's about because apple won't approve the app on time. Before announcing any dates, should this have not been done? Can anyone excuse the fact they put the application in on sept 28th when the release date was promised as close as it was?
