    Which leads me to .... I know they're probably dealing with a million things but it would be imho a good idea for them to have a support forum set up pretty quickly so these problems and questions could be asked and answered for the benefit of all users.

    I was contemplating buy more shares today - I just changed my mind because I still worry that management is run by turkeys.
