    I have the same problem.

    Which of course makes me consider selling (and is why I suspect the SP is falling).

    But then I'm trying to tell myself to have faith it's just a hiccup and management will sort this out in due time.

    .... then I go looking for a carving knife and cranberry sauce while trying to reinforce the above statement in my mind.
