    Simple way to test it: Reset your phones data counter to zero. Watch Netflix or similar for a set timeframe. Say 30 minutes. Use no wangle at first. Then reset the data counter again. Repeat the experiment this time with wangle on.

    Note any buffering or quality difference then compare data used.

    I did and quality was the same on both tests but data saving was 215 mb with wangle. You cannot argue with that.
