Going to have to uningnore you. One of the few who are actually talking sense now. Haven't run a speedtest since my experiment on saturday and total savings are edging back down. Daily and weekly savings have been 2 and 3% respectively. Only thing that seems to be snappier is HC and Youtube. Everything else is the same or slightly slower (Instagram takes a while to buffer before loading everything at once).
