    What about the app developer who have to explain to AMC and whoever else they signed an agreement with to have a working app by a specific date? Well they'll lose massive amounts of revenue and could end up being sued for not adhering to the terms of their contract with whoever owns the app license. So that app developer is in a far worse situation.

    Also I agree goarmy - suspension - iron it out and get back to it
