Just curious - anybody speed test their home/desktop VPNs?

When I've got the VPN on at home, speed tests indicate it's choked (sometimes severely depending on the selected server), however, there are no perceptible page loading/DL issues unless I've got heaps of things open in the background etc. Even then, that's not a VPN issue, it's my cpu I'm smashing.

Perhaps if this translates to mobile, anyone tweak your phone settings and try again - it may perform better if you don't have 50+ apps cycling through the VPN trying to retrieve in-app updates in the background, etc etc.

Then again, I suppose I can't trust any responses
