Is there an Aus and NZ store? Wonder if it'll appear for them first. I've read some posts about worldwide releases being released based on a places time zone i.e. It appears some hours later for those in the US. This makes me think it's not worth checking anymore until after midnight.

Can't help but think they should have released it yesterday with it coming available at midnight AEST for this morning. Could have met the timeframe stated to VIPs. Meh. Hindsight.

For something that happens frequently you'd think Apple would have guidelines relevant to when it's approved to when it'll show. Seems like a question most would ask IMO. I'd also expect better guidance if I was sharing a 30% cut of an app too (this not being the case).

End result, it's only VIP's that it's causing issues too. People who I think are likely more inclined to understand and accept teething problems to those who've paid and expect/demand results.
