Once the app is approved developers have the option of a) having the app released straight away automatically, b) naming a date to have it released (midnight store time) or c) pressing the button to release at a time of their choosing. I imagine WGL would go for c, as we usually do. There is generally a delay before it appears in stores but maximum a couple of hours, and that's for worldwide release. This is just going to Aus/NZ so no real reason for this delay.
