Main reason why I didn't is simply the enterprise vpn and the fact the CEO and chair took options at 10c which expire in August 2018 - 15 months... whether this will get to 2c is still in doubt but obviously they made the agreement with some sort of due diligence! Lol..
had to actually double check the expiry date as I couldn't believe it is only 15 months away and expecting a MINIMUM 550% increase in SP?!!
