    Mine has been on for weeks now and nothing slowed down. I've been streaming, watching Netflix, making video calls to Europe, calls on messenger and general internet usage. Hasn't skipped a beat.

    Maybe your phone is faulty or operator error. But yes, call support, have you? Probably not.......they just might get it working and that won't suit your agenda.
