My strategy was on hold for some time and I was eager as ALL of you to have this come ON Friday.
Then, I read this 1 liner and memorised it (even dreaming it Saturday night - which gave me another sleepless night).

"Mr Worth will relinquish all his prior and current positions to focus solely on the significant opportunity for Wangle."

I am weak with I.T. and know very little about finding my way around things... SO, when I read our exclusive guru that contracted the due diligence stage has now committed everything to Wangle, and relinquished all prior board seats and involvement to make Wangle his signature. It told me that vision and commitment is also worth my investment to stay and hold.
GLTAH, and bring on the next announcement... The board has complete control, and leading us to a bright future ahead. They have skin in the game and know more than us. This announcement was a beauty, very timely, and very well thought out. If that's the future, then I am excited!!
Ps. Cam wouldn't have given up everything, to commit exclusively to Wangle -> He is an industry expert, and can see it CLEARLY. Great appointment, and massive vote of confidence.
