With the product, the potential and the management all-good – you are putting a lot of emphasis on the board and I guess the potential impact they can have on the business.

I would have thought the board wouldn’t have a huge impact on the day to day running of the business – but more possibly on the larger direction, strategy and signing off any big deals.

I’m curious on why you’d exit entirely based on the current board and where it is that you think they can stuff things up so dramatically for Alexium that would cause you to exit your entire holdings.

Can you shred any further thoughts as I’m really interested.
