The SP performance is one of the reasons some are asking questions, it's been on the decline for in excess of two years so pointing the finger at people who've questioned that is plain wrong!

In fact how did the market cap previously reach its lofty highs?

It reached them on the potential of what the company announcements stated, then because of those highs (in part) we entered the ASX300 and remuneration was (in part) set at the 75th percentile of ASX300 companies.

So investors have every right to question that and the governance that was associated with letting all those announcements be released that weren't even close to being on time (most still haven't eventuated.

So I'd say if you want to keep stirring the pot saying it's everyone else's fault you will continue to get reasons as to why it happened.
