Firstly who are you blaming for these so called "background" happenings? Again I don't know what your talking about and if you do enlighten me can you please give reasoning from both sides.

Good, so we believe the same thing. As I said I hope that this spells the end of the background bickering that has been going on, but I'm not convinced it will be due to egos, which will only cause further disruption as it has over the last few months. I'm sticking to fundamental discussion from now on. My investments are all about fundamental progress, this overrides in my view (and no I am not demanding you follow my lead, it's MY view) the more petty arguments and battles over directorship and salaries. In my view, the board and management have actually done a pretty good job.
