I actually agree there is a story there that is worth watching for the longer, possibly unknowable term - something may well come out of the compound that may provide a strong business. My thought as to fundamentals was probably more along the lines of financials ie cash flow, assets, cash on hand etc. At this stage I do think that any 'fundamentals' are really in the speculative zone.
