i really hope RRS can emulate and do better than PDN, however, due to the number of shares issued, i don't think the price will climb so high so fast, RRS have more shares issued don't they? by memory, and i should check to make sure, but i thought RRS had about 500 million more issued than PDN, so there's a lot of dilution going on. the flipside of that is that, RRS have the resources which may make it all very very worthwhile!!

I've been of the opinion since early this yr, that, even with all the major U speccies combined, RRS still has better assets, even without Peru.

it certainly does make the sickly feeling i had on friday evening reading the CAZ announcement go away. knowing that a mere 2.5 cent rise in RRS and my CAZ loss is wiped away. and i don't think the market has woken up to this one yet.

just to be controversial and make some folks laugh at me. I believe the soverign and political risk of Somalia to be very minimal. The reasons I say this, my good wife had the fortune of touring Africa about 10 years ago, whilst she did not get to Somalia, she did get to namibia and wanted to go to Angola. But was warned not to go within 10 miles of the Angola border, reason being, the locals like to get their gun out and take pot shots, and yes, tourists do get shot. She had the pleasure of meeting some of the miners (who mine for diamonds in Angola) ... some of the roughest pub brawl blokes (plenty of aussies amongst them) you're ever likely to meet, those companies operate quite successfully and have done so for many yrs now despite continual political and civil unrest in the country.

For that reason, I'm not really concerned at all about the political risk of Somalia, so long as the appropriate security is in place, there can be civil breakout but business can still be possible, Angola has proved this.

Thats just my opinion of course, i feel quite comfortable and confident with that. my focus is on the minerals they have there, their management, and the deals they are doing. all of which i've been very impressed with so far.

am expecting a bumper month and a half in the lead up to the due diligence being completed.

now i'll shuttup!!
