You make some valid points Alpha, and many of them are running through my mind, on one hand it appears a bit too good to be true.
On the other hand I made quite a bit of money in a stock called Securenet a few years ago, was trading at a discount to cash in the bank, bought at around 85 cents I think when there was a $1 cash in assets, moves to wind it up were voted down but eventually got taken over for $1.50. That also seemed a bit too easy.
I am certainly not rushing into this one but sometime these sort of opportunities can exist, though I need a bit more convincing on this one yet, just running the ruler over it.
