    A ceasing to be a substantial holder announcement from an entity who was willing to takeover the management of OBL in my opinion is a market/price sensitive announcement.

    When you look at the date shareholders received the letter from this substantial holder re- the meeting and then look at the subsequent trading in OBL and now look at this current announcement there is an obvious conclusion drawn.
