Hi towie, high schools these days run a nation wide share trading competition... At least they did when I was in the system 90's...
That's what got my pilot light started and from there have not stopped wanting to know more! IMO the markets and economics should play a slightly larger role in the secondary school curriculum...
By the way, just in case your wondering in the trading competition i started out with 50,000 dollars capital....
I finished six weeks later with 13,000 dollars! Lol
