    I say for the opposite reason. Species which are well researched can be rewarding. Maybe make him realise what powers half your household electronics. Forget what 'powers' your fridge, food(WOW) and soft drinks(CCA). A good investor thinks outside the box. LYC is my choice. And to those who laugh, I bet they laughed hard when FMG was 5c in Jan 2003 and hit $40 odd in 2007 and then consolidated on a 4:1.


    Sure, he'll have success with WOW and CCA at these give away prices but personally I believe he will get a false sense of security and learn nothing in the long run. Just my opinion. The main thing is he has an interest in shares.
