The one concern I have is which way key manager Eric Lucas will go if there is a split between BNB & BJT. He is head Global Property at BNB & founder & driving force of BJT. He has big shareholdings in each. My take on BNB, & the recent resignations of Phil Green & Jim Babcock, is the new management are in practice winding BNB down in an orderly fashion. If this is the case my guess/hope is Eric Lucas will go with BJT - but no guarantee.
