I am anti some of the Israeli's policies that doesn't make me anti Israel. I am anti some Australian policies that does not make me an anti-Australian.
When a person is anti Israel it means that that they are anti Semites.
To be anti Israel means that one sees nothing good about the country, Israel.
Anti-Israel, anti-Zionism, anti Semites, all the same thing, just dressed up a little differently to make one feel a little more comfortable.
