I'd be pissed off if I was a GWR shareholder. What have Fairstar got....nothing ?
Will cost a lot of coin for the takeover which offers no synergies or benefits. Why would a company with $28m and a great asset want anything to do with Fairstar (an exploration company with an inflated market cap).
You just have to look at the share price erosion of both companies to see that this is miss match if I've ever seen one.
What a joke. I smell something fishy though given that they share offices ? or am I wrong here.
