in all seriousness, if the true holders on the HC thread have their sell orders within 10c of the current price, take them off and have a leap of faith - for god sake, MS is leaving to go to Angola (will be their on the weekend), then off to the US.

why cash in now, Christmas is still 10 mths away (no excuses there), unless you need the $$$$ for major renovations, aaah just extend your trading terms with the builder by another 14 days and tell them to buy some CVI's as well. hence by the time his investment has doubled, it will give you more leverage to extend the trading terms again and so and so on.
