I was in the city (Brisbane) on the weekend with friends.
We decided to have breakfast out. My mate said he would pay for breakfast and proceed to pull out a wad of cash. As he approached the counter the young lady said “we don’t accept cash here.” Needless to say we were all taken aback. A credit card was produced and that took care of business. My question is. “What if we only had cash?”
My what an impasse.
