Flummoxed, I just like to be a bit conservative with the timing of when Ding rings the bell. I prefer to err on the side of being less ambitious.

If the big man does pleasantly surprise us with good news sooner than anticpated, then that's just icing on the cake. After all, Ding has been working tirelessly at it in China since October last year.

I think it will be bigger than Ben Hur, Debbie Does Dallas and Andy Williams greatest hits combined when infrastructure funding is finally announced. The MoU signing in Cameroon feels like eons ago now.
