I wrote Paradigm about recruitment in the US for the 008, and they replied:

Thank you for your inquiry about participating in Paradigm’s Clinical Trials.

We are concentrating our efforts and resources on completing the pivotal clinical trial program in osteoarthritis to seek marketing approval as soon as possible. 

Regulations preclude us from discussing unapproved medications directly with patients.
