I agree with you. Tibbs is honourable and wouldn't be afraid to tell us if he'd had a re-think.
I've done a bit more research on the people involved in the Ministry for Mines, whose judgment is being questioned by Savanna (no chance!)
Irrki Nghtima has been in Government since 1997, first as Minister of Defence, since 2005 he is Minister of Mines and Energy.

Also check out Dr Gabriele Schneider, born in Germany and studied there, had her first job there. She has been in Namibia since 1985, first employed as a geologist by the Ministry of Mines. She is also on the net, check her out; really good credentials.
Do you really think that a claim by Savanna against these people's judgment and bona fide as representing the Ministry of Mines really has a leg to stand on?
