the thing is if they went ahead with a project 2 years ago in the bull market, they

1. wouldnt have $5 mill cash at hand and 17 mill assets elsewhere in other stocks.

at least they wont have to issue anymore shares, look at EXM, flushed down the toilet after raising $8mill...

this is the bottom. help needed to wipe its a$$ thats all.
