I don't think this is the case (yet) since there have been no subsantial shareholder notices posted.
A initial/change/ceasing substantial shareholder notice must be provided to both ASIC and the ASX for the following conditions: 1. If they become a substantial shareholder (>= 5% of the issued capital) 2. Bought or sold any shares as a substantial shareholder 3. Cease to become a substantial shareholder (<= 5%)
The entity must lodge this notice within 2 business days after they become aware of the above.
If the company is subject to a takeover offer, the entity must lodge 9:30 on the next trading day of the securities.
