I'm sorry you appear to be correct (or at least a lot more correct than me).
I looked at the sales reported in their ann made on 24th Dec & assumed that they were all new sales being reported. Of course most were covered in their previous announcement.
However, 7.3m would still make their holding over 5% (5.29%). As they stated they are no longer a substantial holder, I assume that the large sale made on 9th of November was not included in the previous announcement.
That then brings their holding down to 6,875,435 (4.97%).
