Hi guys, I live in an apartment with only like 10 apartments in the complex, there is a body corp but they are hopeless, as in you pay the fees, and nothing gets done, etc....
What would happen if I bought a dog and kept it in my apartment, its my own apartment, and the dig DIDNT bark, didn't leave any mess in the communal areas or anything, but eventually as I leave to take the dog for a walk someone from the complex sees me and calls BC and complains.
What would happen?
would I get a letter saying get rid of the dog in 2 weeks or whatever?
Could BC kick me out? even though its my apartment?
What could they do realistically? Would they fine me? could they?
especially if there have been no noise complaints or anything.
There is a lady who owns a cat and BC know about her as she has taken her cat to the BC AGM
So what would BC do if they got an email from another owner saying ive got a dog in my unit?
