hard to argue with that.
Pretty sure it was just that one bloke who was seen on camera. He wasnt their to be a soldier, he was their for the thrill of the kill. I suspect that was the sole reason he joined. You get a few of them each year joining apparently, however most dont last long when their fantasy isnt met soon or they cant handle the hard yakka that comes with being a soldier.
There is a very big difference between a war crime and bad taste/behaviour. Sometimes the latter is needed to keep up morale and steadfastness.
most wont understand.
That said, maintaining ethics and honour is event more important, its fundamental to the unity and will of a defence force.
