Maybe BRS is innocent of such charges, maybe he is guilty of being a fallible human.
Lets wait and see.
Yet this is not a military or criminal trial ..... its a civil case of defamation. Its really weird that evidence will be put forward to justify the reports by 9 news when the military case has yet to be tried. BRS should have the benefit of being considered innocent until proven guilty but this won't be the finding of the civil case. Its 9 news that is on trial.
So far BRS has presented his case.... now it will be the turn of 9 to present hard evidence to prove their reports are correct.... not whether BRS is guilty or innocent.
