If these ballistic missiles hit, There would be massive fire, burning for days. things would be blackened, smoke etc. BUT there is none on those pictures Only hours after the supposed explosion. The pictures show whole wing and levels of hospital destroyed . BUT There is no debtlris All cleaned away already only hours after explosion. It would take weeks to clean it all up. And there is no machinery in sight. I suggest that this is a photo shoot with a thousand extras like a Hollywood movie. Which is great. Because it tells me no children were killed.
