Yes fair call, someone could have accumulated earlier.
Not convinced it's a viable theory though. I don't see the runs on the board to support someone going to that much effort.
Regards the question of how to do it. If the shares had been previously accumulated, then your trolling and dumping around announcement time has shown it can work from the last time. Hope we don't see that again though, it was pretty nasty, looked like it broke a few rules and the lack of action from ASIC just means it could happen again. There's definitely sharks in these waters.
