I made the mistake of taking a look at T$ site last week. I will admit that I was spooked initially, regarding the posts claiming NAG had lost the PASS tender, until I did my own investigation, made my own phone calls, that revealed it was, as always, completely and utterly false.

I know it has been mentioned before but I have also done some reading about defamation laws. There has been examples of company directors taking court action against HC, to release detail about anonymous users (after an initial refusal). I assume one could also issue a court order against T$ for the same. Comments about other forum members is distasteful, but probably not defamatory because there are pseudonyms being used, but there is absolute clear defamation about Nagambie and its chairman going on over at T$.
