    I'm no expert in this area, I doubt I'm even average actually, so a couple of questions:
    Do EPH handle the cartage?

    If so, how would they differentiate, at site, what to take away for disposal as per their contract (contaminated plus normal soil), and any PASS material if they didn't have that contract?
