NTA is irrelevant with LICs it's all about SH sentiment with the manager.
Most trade at discounts very few don't.
Wilson LICs mostly trade at a premium because self funded love those divs that Geoff provides.
Fund manager's now get it and yields are increasing in many LICs
FPC has been average at best mostly trading below the issue since listing
.Their property fund has underperformed since the day it listed and the dud manager needs to exit before it has any hope of trading at NTA which is well below the issue price years after listing .
I'll back Wilson purely on track record. Geddes is hit and miss.
